Thanks for the comment April. The enemy will duplicate and counterfeit many miracles. I am of the opinion that he can not give life to one that is dead any more than he could create something out of nothing. However, we must assume since the false prophet can give life to the beast in Rev 13 that he was given the ability to do so, which the word translated by 'gave power' also can mean or imply 'he was granted' which would be consistent again to Satan can only do what He is allowed (Job 1). This would also be consistent with God's revealed plan to 'send a delusion' 2Th 2:11.

We judge a miracle like the raising of the dead, by the fruit of that great feat. Did it happen to the glory of the one true God? or is it promoting doctrines of demons, that is any thing that would seek to draw people away or at best keep them from finding the real Christ.

There are many signs of the last days, but the important ones (IMHO) hardly anybody is talking about.

Ok that first story is way cool! I can totally see God's hand in that. The second story is very strange and a bit disturbing. Like who, in there right mind would WANT to dig up someone who's been dead 40 years. And from that article I personally have a hard time believing those miracles were from God.
I'm actually watching Joseph King of Dreams (the Disney movie) and reading this and find myself thinking that in the "end times" can't the enemy perform "miracles" too? Just like they did with Joseph?

Could the enemy raise people from the dead? Won't he be trying to distract people with "signs and wonders"?
