“Reading and seeing become fruitful and possess virtue and light only by the acquisition of this divine science, otherwise they are like dough to which leaven is necessary, and the salt of experience to season it. And since without this salt, we have only vague ideas to act upon, we are like visionaries, who, though knowing the roads that lead to all the towns, yet lose their way going to their own house.”
There are many who partake of the Tree of Life, to enjoy its freedom and its benefits. In time however, the true heart will be revealed as the Tree of Life which can give life can also take life. In either case the one who partakes of the Tree will become the person in whom they are in the hidden crevices of their hearts. The meek will inherit the earth, the proud it can be said the earth will inherit them. God will not be mocked for whatever a man sows that will he reap. It is hard to believe that a dim heart will grow in darkness as it seeks light thru means other than submitted experience to the will of God, yet it is a spiritual truth just as it is for the illiterate who will grow in light by means of submitted experience to the will of God alone being ignorant of written accounts.
The one who grows in this light becomes an abrasion to those who grow in darkness. The mere presense of this humbled spirit will envoke the greatest wrath in the dark heart. This wrath will continue to grow in proportion to the increasing darkness become ever more hostile to the work of God being blind and driven to a consuming bitterness as they recieve the fill of their heart, their true desire for self-love becoming increasingly deaf to the call of the Spirit of God unto their ultimate and sad end.
Merciful Savior ever increase our hunger and thirst for You and let us be ever drawn to walk this earth as You did being mindful to the leading of the Father. Let us live lives that testify of Your goodness and Your holiness. Give us strength to stand when our knees fall week and give us hearts ever made full by Your Love and Peace. Let Your Kingdom be made manifest in our lives even this day and each day foward.
